Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for any reason you need to contact us prior, just drop us a line and reference your order number. We will get back to you within one to two business days.

Why do use so many shipping carriers?

We try to save you money. Each shipping resource we use is priced out for best rates and fasted delivery, whoever has the best of both, gets to deliver your items to you. Also, sometimes our designers have a preferred shipping partner and we honor their relationships.

How do I know which size to order?

We go by inches. We've found that height almost always wins over weight. So if your baby is 12 lbs, to get the right size, just refer to the sizing information under the item. If your child is close to the cut off weight, we recommend you order the next size up. Cotton and bamboo clothing do tend to shrink a tiny bit.

I just got a crib from you and found it somewhere else for else! Can you help?

Yes, just send us your order number with a link to the product where you found it, and we will refund you the difference. We're not in the business to outbid, but we are here to help you. Please note that the products must be identical, with all of the same options and features. This service is valid for the first fourteen days from your purchase date.

Can you help me with my registry?

We've created a check list for new parents to follow. This truly is a must have list. It just depends on your style and your budget, but if you get only the items on this list, you'll be all set when you bring your baby home. But of course, if you're stuck, feel free to contact us or to check out our forum for true parent help.

If I find a really great product, do you want to know about it?

Yes, yes! Parents who test our products are our go-to sound board. So when we hear a mom or a dad swears by something, we must check it out. Just let us know and who knows, maybe we'll name it on our site after you.
