Where do you get your products?
Everywhere! We travel extensively to baby and kids industry trade shows, we visit home shows as well, but our most successful way has been asking regular moms. Be it walking down the street, at the playground or running errands, if we see something interesting, we ask. And if it meets our criteria, we get it so you can too.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only on orders shipped to Massachusetts, because that's where we are based, and we're required by law to do so.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes of course! If you're sending a gift, just select the gift wrap option at check out and we'll gladly do it for you. Unfortunately furniture and some large bulky items cannot be gift wrapped.
Where do you ship from and how long will it take?
Most of our items are stocked in our warehouse in Massachusetts, but the custom art, furniture and a few other pieces will arrive directly from the designers. Just follow our lead times for every item for more information. And we can always advise you on a certain product, just let us know what it is you'd like.
Can you expedite my order?
Most times we can accommodate this. However furniture and some other large items cannot be rushed. Please call the store to arrange expedited shipping.
What if I want to return an item?
We gladly take returns because we want you to be happy with your selection. Custom orders, as noted on the Delivery Tab, cannot be returned. However, on custom and damaged pieces, please contact us within 24 hours of your order receipt and we will guide you through the exchange/return process.
We honor a 14 day return policy. Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, such as potties, diapers, bottle nipples and the like. Check the Shipping tab under the product for its return policy. After 14 days, but less than 30, a store credit will be issued. Note that outbound shipping fees as well as client returned shipping fees are not refundable unless the item(s) was defective or damaged.
